Massage therapy is an ancient technique that uses touch to ease pain. Using a combination of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching, pin and stretch, myofascial, lymphatic, and Swedish (relaxing), I listen to you and your body before and during your session to better assist you. Muscle manipulation can help improve circulation, sleep, and mood, as well as decreasing stress, irritability, and pain. 

Along the same lines of using touch to ease pain, Reiki is also "the placing of hands" which channels the healing energy from within yourself. Reiki helps decrease cortisol, increases alignment with yourself, improves sleep and mood, decreases inflammation and pain, can provide emotional releases, and brings a feeling of peace. This method of healing can be done "hands-off,'' also known as Distance Reiki, which may be better if you live out of the area, if you don't like being touched, or touch is too painful for you. 

As a Master teacher, I am able to provide Reiki level I, Distance Reiki level II, and Master as well as teach each of these to others. If you are interested in a class, please reach out.
