Dear Client:

As of November 1st, 2018 you will be required to prepay to reserve your appointment spot.

There are four options:

1. Prepaying and scheduling using my online scheduler.

2. Using VenMo, a free PayPal app on your phone.

3. Bringing in cash.

(4. Gift certificates and packages are considered prepayment and your appointment must be booked with me not online.)

I’m offering these three options in order to avoid saving your card on file.

You will still be required to give more than 24 hour notice of cancellations/reschedules in order for me to have time to fill that empty spot. You are given a courtesy confirmation and reminder of your appointment. That email or text confirmation has a link that allows you to add your appointment to your calendar.

If you cannot give more than 24 hours notice or fail to show up to your appointment, you will be required to pay a $25 fee.

I completely understand life happens, so in order to be fair to all clients this is my new policy. If you showed up to work expecting to be paid X amount but some of that time was taken away from you, you’d be unhappy. Please take into consideration that this time is for YOU, and that I cannot simply fill your now empty spot last minute.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
